SovraCUP

The SovraCup App with structured selection is a smartphone application designed for the booking of specialist visits and instrumental tests within the National Health Service (SSN) at healthcare facilities in the Sicilian Region.

This service is accessible every day of the week, 24/7, aimed at facilitating citizens' access to public administration.

To utilize the service, users must possess:

• An SPID account or an Electronic Identity Card (CIE)
• An electronic prescription issued in Sicily for the same user logging in

Users can select the healthcare facility for booking and will receive a confirmation of their appointment directly on their smartphones. Participating facilities provide a single appointment for prescribed services; if this is not possible, users must contact the chosen facility’s CUP directly.

Currently, to modify or cancel an appointment, users must reach out to the facility where the booking was made.

In the near future, it will also be possible to make payments and view booking history directly within the app.

If assistance is needed, support can be requested in the dedicated section (the teams respond during working hours).
